Owing to their potential for applications in areas such as bio-medicine, magnetic recording, magnetic sensing, and many others, magnetic nanostructures have gained tremendous attention within recent decades. This symposium aims at bringing together scientists and engineers, experimentalists and theoreticians, people from academia and industry to share their latest research results on magnetic nanostructures including thin films (structured and un-structured), nanowires, and nanoparticles. The scope of the symposium comprises (but is not limited to) topics such as:
