The FEMS has always promoted the teaching of Materials Science and Engineering, also through the Euromat Conference series by hosting dedicated symposia. A Symposium will be held this year as well (G11) aiming at presenting recent developments and opinions on Education in Materials Science and Materials Engineering and at looking to the perspectives for the next decade.
Following up the successful experience of the previous Conference, the Organizers are submitting to participants a simple questionnaire to fill in. The statistics on the answers will be presented in Symposium G11. This will provide a further snapshot on the topic which which could help in the decisions of Academic Institutions.
All participants are kindly invited to answer the questionnaire which can be found by downloading hereafter. Please open it in Word 2003 or 2007, fill out the form (do not forget the first question re. country), save the file in Word, and email it to euromat2011(AT)gmail.com with “Symposium G11″ in the subject.
