Poster Sessions

Poster Session 1 will be held on Monday 12 September

Poster Session 2 on Wednesday 14 September.

Both sessions will be held on 3 levels (level 0 close to the exhibition, level 2, level 3).
Both sessions will take place between 19:00 and 21:00.
Drinks and canapés will be served to all delegates.
Authors are asked to be present during their relevant poster session in order to present and discuss their work with delegates. It is recommended to be present in front of the posters also during the breaks on the days covered by the poster session: Monday and Wednesday. Authors of Poster Session 1 will install their poster on Monday 12 before noon and they will remove their posters before Tuesday 13 at noon. Authors of Poster Session 2 will install their posters on Wednesday 14 before noon and will remove their posters before Thursday 15 at noon.

Poster Session 2 will cover the following symposia :

F11, F12, F14,
G11 and X12-P2
